What this blog is about
In my life I have looked into many different ideologies. Libertarianism, socialism, anarchism, conservatism, communism, fascism, primitivism, environmentalism, men's rights advocacy, feminism, anti-racism, pro-white advocacy, anti-immigration advocacy, etc. All of these movements, and many more that I have not listed, make valid critiques of society that most people ignore or even deny. They are necessary movements in a world with many conflicting interests, trends and forces. Yet every human movement seems to suffer from the same flaws: namely groupthink, dogma, demonization of ideological outsiders, extremism, polarization, etc.
It's my belief that, if we all get together and listen to each other and try to understand each other, we can find common ground on pretty much any issue. A large part of this blog (although probably not all of it) will be outlining the major agendas of different movements, pointing out the valid points I see in their arguments, pointing out the weaknesses in their arguments, and then suggesting ways that they and their opponents can work together to find common ground.
